I bought an Oculus Quest 2 in 2020. I played for a half year, then stopped playing for a while. I wanted to play again after facebook has rebrand his name into Meta. I can not not connect my Oculus Quest 2. The system can not connect to it. I also can not reset through factory settings. I also can not see if I'm with mine account on the quest. It's like my Oculus Quest 2 is a ghost. I also lost all my games I bought on my account. It's like something really went wrong with my Oculus Quest 2 and account after facebook changed into Meta. The problem is also I can not mail or telephone Meta for help.
