my link quest link cable was working fine yesterday but today now is random disconnecting for no reason it has power from PC to the quest but keep disconnecting for no reason

Just to clarify, everything was working fine yesterday and today it started randomly disconnecting, is this correct? For us to gain more information can you answer the following questions:
Have any of your devices been updated? (phone, headset, PC)
Have you tried any troubleshooting, and if so what have you tried?
Does the headset work when not connected to a PC?
Are you using your USB cable to a USB 3 port?
What type of cable are you using, and is there a cable adapter connected?
Are there any other USB devices connected to your PC?
