Oculus quest 2 won't connect my controllers

I've had my Oculus Quest 2 for a while and it worked perfectly fine. However around 2 years ago my controllers wouldn't connect, so I factory reset my headset and it still won't work. My controllers will blink, trying to connect but my headset won't link to them. Now I'm stuck on the controller pairing screen where your supposed to take the plastic out. It also does this weird thing where to glitches the screen or something. Please help.

I take it you have manually placed the controllers into pairing mode when at the paper-tab-pulling screen?

Do you mean through the app? When I try to connect through the app it says that my headset is keep disconnecting, even when it’s connected.

But did you hold down the proper buttons to set the controllers into pairing mode?

Yes they blink and vibrate, but it doesn’t connect.
