Hi everyone, I’m having a trouble with my oculus quest to vr glasses. When I first started using them, I didn’t manage to connect them to the app and did a update, And I experienced the problem that everyone has with the black screen with the logo so I did a factory reset as everyone was saying, But after the factory reset the things got worse. The device is not powering up and the led light is not working, so I cannot understand that device is charging or not. I have already charged it for a day, but nothing changed and also tried different charging devices

@FieryStarfish3003 a quick look at the 'get help' forum reveals many many posts identical to yours.
There's an issue with a current update that's causing the headsets to be unresponsive. Please keep your eye on the thread below for any official updates from meta, and add your voice to it.
