1 year ago my oculus quest 2 had stopped working. It was stuck on a black screen than later on it was stuck on the meta quest logo. I have tried factory resetting and everything nothing works. It was also show a chip with an arrow and a green loading bar. I do not know why it won’t work, and I do not have the money to buy a new one. Please help.

Has the device been charged for 2+ hours via a wall outlet?
Once fully charged, what is the color of the LED on the side of the headset?
Do you use any third-party accessories that may affect boot? (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
