I have tried to pair headset several times and it will not pair. I even dated my first initial meta account and set up new account to no avail. Meta app sees the headset as it request code that is displayed on screen via headset. Once code is put in the app literally stays in pairing mode. Our other oculus quest2 was pretty quick to set up off my other phone and a different account.

Ensure user and headset are using the primary account, and not a secondary account.
Clear the Bluetooth cache on the phone.
Power cycle the phone and the headset.
Uninstall and reinstall the Oculus application on the phone.
Ensure the phone and headset are connected to same wireless network.
