Oculus rift AND rift s with laptop problem

Part 1: initial problem

I bought new laptop Acer Nitro AN517-41 and tried to connect Oculus rift to it. I've got a "black screen" problem and starnge sound of "ticking". I asked Oculus support to help me and threre was only one solution, to  turn "off" my integrated Graphics like that:

(Lets call it "solution #1")

After doing so my Oculus started to work, but i had some issues with my laptop screen if AMD Radeon Graphics is turned off. So i asked support to help me to get more acceptable solution. I waited sisne 15/05/2022 and still had no solution.

Part 2: my own solution

All this time i tried to solve the problem by myself. I read alot of article and came to conclusion that the problem is Oculus APP cant get access to HDMI port, probably because it tries to use Integrated GPU instead of  GeForce® RTX™ 3080.

Ok, i started to search for different drivers for integrated GPU and found old ones 27.20.14032.5001 (date 29.01.2021).  If i install this version of Integrated GPU at the same time with latest RTX 3080 my oculus worked too. So i gues it was some kind of incompatibility between Oculus APP and new GPU Driver.

(Lets call it "solution #2")

Take a note that both solution #1 and solution #2 this worked with two of my oculus devices: Oculus Rift and Oculus Rift S (using DispayPort => HDMI connector from aliexpress). Yes, its actually worked!

And of course both of devices worked fine with my PC.

Still i was waiting on Oculus support answer.

Part 3: new problem

Since Putin started a war i had to move from Russia and had no time to keep an eye on Oculus answer about my problem. At last i found a new home at february of 2023. I delivered my Oculus to a new place and connected it to a laptop (since i had no my PC anymore). At start it didnt work, since all driver beed updated again, but after using "solution #2" everything worked again. Last time i played ~ 14.03.2023.

After that i had to move again and next time i tried to use my Oculus Rift again at 07.07.2023. Oculus app updaited and this time my Oculus didnt work. Nor "solution #1" and "solution #2" dont work anymore. I even deleted all my drivers and installed old versions, wich allowed my Oculus Rift to work in the past.

So what happend: somewhere between 14.03.2023 and 07.07.2023 was an Update for Oculus APP that completly broke its possibility to work with Oculus Devices on my laptop. I also installed latest updates for chipset and both GPU, but id didnt help me.  Old versions of drivers didnt help either.

Oculus Support just closed my ticked because of old and not even made me any new possible solution. And there is no possibility given to install old version of Oculus APP thet worked.

I ask to Meta now: please, start to do your job, and figune how to make your application to work with laptop. If you need - call to the Acer (or AMD. or NVIDIA) and speak with them. Try to undestand what problem is about and fix it in next update. I paid alot of money to get those divices and now i cant use it.

And dont tell me that its kind of hardware problem! I managed to make it work untill you have updaited Oculus APP at some time between 14.03.2023 and 07.07.2023.
