Help! When I turn on my quest 2 I immediately get the error “Oculus Service Utilities keeps stopping.” And I get 2 options “app info” or “close app” is doesn’t matter what I do but short after that I get another error “ShellEnv keeps stopping” with the same two options. Shortly after my quest does the shut down chime and I get the “Restarting” screen. And when it powers on again after the meta logo it does it again non stop.. Can somebody help please?

We greatly appreciate those details and information! As your device is indicating a Orange LED this seems to be a firmware issue. This would most likely be due to not having enough storage on your device. We would suggest to always keep as much free space as possible for any future software updates! To work around this, head on over to our Meta Quest Software Update Tool on your PC or laptop and follow the instructions. After following the process, your headset should be up and running again. If the issue still persist, please let us know and we'll continue exploring more options for you!

Hi there, @UrchyUrchin! We'd like to do our best to launch you back into the VR world, so we popped in to help out with that headset error you're seeing! For a bit of clarification to start with, please let us know, when did that message first start appearing? Are you able to pull up the boot menu on your headset by holding down the power button and volume down button (-) for around 30 seconds? What color is the LED light on the headset when it's plugged up to charge? Lastly, so we don't repeat any, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Let us know and we can continue from there!

When I power on the headset with the volume down button it does boot into the usb update screen. When I plug it into the charger the led turn orange. I don’t know if this is the problem but my headset storage is completely full.
