Didn't have this problem before...Everything worked fine, but after reinstalling the app due to formatting, the headset is not recognized. when prompted to continue through the headset in the setup, there is nothing...the orange light is on, the sensors and controllers are picked up, but the headset has no sound or image. I've, restarted, re-Installed, switched HDMI and USB's. Installed new drivers for graphics, USB controllers etc..... Nothing works.
