Oculus shop Timeout when resolving device-scoped access token.

Oculus shop can’t work .Since yesterday, the shop on my quest3 has stopped working. As soon as you open a specific page, it crashes and exits, and It says the words on the title.

How can I fix it? Is there any way to reinstall the store alone or solve this problem?

If there is no good way, I can only reactivate it. Thank you for your reply.

I can't find a way. It's still the same after I returned to the factory. Is it a problem with the updated new system? But it seems that I am the only one who has encountered this situation. I can access the store normally on my mobile phone and computer, so the network should be normal. I'm so sad that this may be beyond my ability . Ask for help. Thank you very much.😭

Some people on the network said that after the system upgrade account dropped, my account, store, user page really can not open. But I don't know how to log back in if the page doesn't open. The phone software is indeed logged in, but it can not affect the quest 3. Including I am in the quest 3's browser inside re-login, but the machine's account page still can not open. What am I supposed to do?

Hi there, @user.404131. We know how important it is for you to be able to get to the Oculus Store from the headset. We also know that dealing with these types of store issues is never fun. Not to worry, though; we would love to look into this for you. Just for clarification, can you tell us the last time you were able to reach the Oculus Store on your headset? Additionally, have you tried to perform a factory reset on the headset? If you have not, we have shared the steps below. This has shown to be helpful with crashing issues.

To perform a factory reset using your phone:

  1. Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu then tap Devices.
  3. Tap the headset connected to your phone.
  4. Tap Headset Settings then tap Advanced Settings.
  5. Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.

To perform a factory reset using the headset:

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Please keep us updated on your progress, and let us know if you still require assistance or have any further questions or concerns. We're always happy to help.
