I have an Alienware R15 i9 with RTX 4090 Graphics card. Every USB port on this machine is USB 3.2. On the front faceplate is a USB C 3.2 port. I am plugged into that with a brand new official Oculus link cable. The other end is plugged into my fully updated Quest 2. I see an error with a yellow circle next to the picture of my Quest 2 on the fully updated Oculus app window on my desktop that says USB 3 connection recommended. I need help from support figuring out what's going on. Thanks.

Also, I'm running Windows 11.

My system should be 100% compatible. In my earlier post I provided a complete description of my PC. My connection DOES work more or less, but I have that 'USB 3 connection recommended' error visible in the Oculus app. (Even though the cable is plugged into a USB C 3.2 jack in the front of my PC. ) My audio is crackly/jittery through the Quest 2 headset, but works perfectly fine through my wireless headphones.

In the end, I worked with Alienware support, and they had me update my Bios and uninstall a USB Root hub (USB 3.0 ) in my Universal Serial Bus section of my Device Manager in Windows 11. I still have the problem using my "official" Oculus cable, however I purchased an after market cable that has both a USB C and USB A connector on the input end that are plugged in simultaneously to two separate USB 3 ports on the front of my PC. There is only a single USB C connector on the Quest side. THAT actually WORKS. The connection is now recognized as USB 3 and works very well.
