I have had before these like -10€ codes before and they have never worked due to code not been eligible for that title I have been trying to buy. I have tried to use promotion codes on bying new games and it always says that game is not eligible for the code. Now I have this -30% code and trying to buy Moss 2 and that is not eligible. Can you please state what games are eligible to use that or it is completely useless if all games I try to use it it’s not good wtf?! Also these codes pop up when starting the meta quest app so whats with that and I cant use them? Anyone else with same problems…

While we are unable to provide an exact list of regularly-priced, eligible apps, and games, we can assure that all eligible apps will allow use of promotional codes.
With that being said, we can mention some points that may shed light on why that code doesn't look to be going through for this purchase. Whether a game is already discounted or being promoted on our stores could impact if that code goes through, as well as whether any store credits are being used on the purchase.
