Hi @takudzwa.179948, We hate to hear that you're having this issue. I see you've already tried to factory reset your device and this issue is still ongoing. We can provide you with other steps to try to get your device running smoothly. Please follow these instructions:
Select the headset and wait until the status changes to "Connected".
Once connected, click on the headset again, and select the Wi-Fi settings from the dropdown menu.
Connect to your current Wi-Fi network.
Your headset should now load Oculus Home and the 3 dots should disappear - if it doesn't try restarting the headset.
