So i've been trying to get the matter about not getting the free games with my touch controllers, but the support seems to be ignoring the matter or taking a REALLY long time, especially when considered that i've given them the information needed to look up my account and check/fix the problem.
I don't know what to do, so here's another try at getting the attention or an answer from the support team.
Because of summer sale support is over flood with support tickets most of them are related to shippment so it will take support bit more time to respons then normally.
