I had a faulty headset. Upon which i requested the warrenty be used to replace it. I sent in the headset and all its original pieces in the box it came in, including my 2 controllers.
I was sent a replacement headset but nothing else. No controllers or any accessory it originally came with.
Ive been contacting the oculus support team regarding this issue and requesting controllers be returned to me. The ONLY responses i have recieved in the last month and a half that this has been going on have been "we're working on it" and "it will take more".
I recently demanded a reimbursement for the purchase of two new controllers seeing how the oculus support team has no intention of resolving this matter.
To which i am replied with "we're working on it".
The emails are clearly automated responses, although the grammer is concerning.
Has anyone else experienced the loss of product, product not being returned to them, or has anyone experienced this ridiculous kind of run-a-round answer im getting???
