Hey there, bonypony153! Not being able to load content on the headset can be quite the fun barrier; let's get this fixed as fast as we can!
If you can't load anything on the headset, it may just be that your headset hasn't gotten the most recent Oculus software build.
Quest's software is usually installed automatically when the headset is plugged in, though, it doesn't exactly hurt to check. Press the Oculus button on your right controller, navigate to Quick Settings > Settings > System > Software Update. If a new update is available, a download/update button will appear.
All updated? Great! You mentioned that you were already connected to the internet, but depending on the connection type, it can still cause issues. If you're on a connection provided by an apartment complex, or another third party, you may need to add the headset to their whitelist. This will give the device the permissions it needs to access the connection. On your headset, navigate to Quick Settings > Settings > About > Mac Address. Take that Mac Address to your router's portal whitelist, and add it to the list of trusted devices. Reboot the headset and check if your content loads.
Last, but not least, you can attempt to factory reset the device. This will restore the headset back to its default settings, and you will need to re-setup the device through the mobile app once more. Any content purchased on the account will be available for download through your library after setting up the device again.
