I’ve tried rebooting it and nothing, tried leaving it on a charger and it won’t turn on it stays on a black screen

Hey there, @juan14170. Thanks for contacting us and letting us know your device is not able to turn on. Having something like this happen can certainly bring you out of the VR world experience, and we would like to help you get back to gamming sooner rather than later. For us to get to the root of the issue can you tell us the following?
Have you charged your headset for at least 2 hours?
Can you send us a screenshot of the headset?
Have you tried a different charger?
Are you able to charge the headset with out the facial interface?
If your still having issues, we have included some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
Here is how to do a factory reset via the Meta mobile app.
Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
Tap Devices in the bottom menu.
Tap the headset connected to your phone.
Tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.

Hi, I’ve tried to do a factory reset because I’m having the same problem but I can’t access the settings of my meta quest 2 from my phone because it’s not connected. And I can’t connect it without turning it on which it isn’t doing.

Hey there, @rebdanty0607! We don't want black-screen issues to continue to get in the way of you being able to enjoy VR! Just to check, is your headset able to charge at all?
If so, please ensure it is fully charged for at least 2 hours. If you have tried charging and your headset still won't come on after, please send us a private message so we can look into this further for you.
