My account is suddenly asking for a parent account . I’ve set up another account, linked my original, paid the $1 nonsense, got an email saying it is now working but the headset keeps requiring me to enter an 8 digit code which I’ve done and it still won’t work. Just keeps giving me another code. I’ve messaged customer support a number of times, I get a generic message back, I’ve replied with more info and no one replies to give any support. Why can’t we simply speak to a human and these issues would get resolved quickly and be less frustrating. How can I get this working again?
