Title says it all.
I can't reset anything
I can't log in
I can't do anything
I can't access any settings
I just see a code that doesn't let me log in cause I need to factory reset it
BUT IT WONT LET ME FACTORY RESET IT UNLESS I LOG IN

Thanks for posting into our forum. We can see you're having some problems logging into your account, we'd like to help you out! You are able to perform a factory reset without logging in by following the below steps:
1. Turn off your headset.
2. Hold the power and volume (-) buttons on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen has loaded on your headset.
3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Try giving this a go and let us know if your still having problems!
