Hai there guys


I've orderd mine today and i'm realy exciting, what the home experience will be. I've tested for the first time in my local store yesterday & i was allready blow'n away by it! But whene are the the touch sensors comming out & will it be free fore the allready rift users? I was hoping to get them whit this order, beceause it is a lot of money, along with my pc upgrade....

Will keep my experience up to date here & love to share with the community & have some support through here 😉

Hello Nick. Sadly Touch will not be free and will release towards the end of this year. Speculation suggests October/November period. The price is also up in the air but most people would expect around $150-250 USD.

oh ok, i'm also wondering if i can connect whit an extended usb cable, beceause most usb products lose there connection thene.... My pc is about 5m from the seat behind me & is the sensor capable to reach that far?

I will extend for more comfortable use experience 😉 I'm using wireless audio with an logitech adapter, will it interfear the audio experience or not? How is the hdmi connection, is it just between headset and gpu to connect?

Sorry for the many questions, it's just to get ready befor it has arrived.

Shadow, do you have any clue witch kit im gonna get, beceause i'm reading so much articles about it & i want to make sure, i'm getting the last one on 1080p right?

If you ordered from the official Oculus store then you will be getting the CV 1 (consumer version 1 and most up to date version). I don't believe Oculus sell the DK 1 & 2 any more although don't quote me on that. If you've ordered from Amazon or Best Buy then it will be the CV 1.

If you receive a very weird looking implement with a flat square face and it looks worn and dusty, run at a wall head first.  

I sincerely hope you receive a shiny thing!
