OculusSetup will not install

Morssore
Explorer

Recently I've been trying to download the Oculus app on pc, but it every time it starts installing, it cancels last minute and leaves " Restart Computer"

Trying every method I've come across to get the oculus app on my pc. Even wiping my whole computer, disabling my antivirus's, cleaning my files ridding them of any stray oculus files. I've watched over 10 videos and tried 20 different methods on GETTING THIS APP ON MY DEVICE. But nothing works, so please someone help before I shed any more tears

I’m having this same issue as well. Have you figured out a solution?

No, I have not. there's many variations to this problem. I could link you some videos I watched, Maybe they would work for you.        This one seemed like it would help the most:      https://youtu.be/iqNKf6S5PRY?feature=shared

Sadly this did not work, However I did notice a change.   When I was watching install, it was telling me how many MB per second It was installing. Which my pervious attempts never did this, so I might have missed a step.
