Oculusetup refuses to install on my system

First, I have had no problems running the Oculus software on my system up until now. I just had a problem of not being able to connect the Quest 2 to VR Air bridge so after a frustrating day of no solutions I tried to repair the Oculus software via the setup. After doing so, the Oculus software completely stopped working and had a huge amount of errors.

 

I followed "ALL" the solutions that are available including Meta support's suggestions of completely removing Oculus from system during safe mode. That resulted in the Oculus software not showing up in the control panel. I then removed all traces of Oculus from my hard drives and ran oculusetup again and again and again after multiple reboots. Still the install just completely stops either during the first part of the install while downloading or during the second part during the install process. I have looked at the log file which points to the last part of the log file:

I am literally frustrated and have wasted so much time trying to install again and just want to get the satisfaction of smashing it into little pieces...but I'm hoping support will help find a solution. My system is completely overkill for performance but there should be no reason why it won't install again...since it worked before.

 

Please!!! Support, i need help with this!!!

Could you check something in your PC settings for us? 

If you're running Windows, please follow the path System > About > Device specifications and let us know what it says under 'System type.'

Beyond that, we want to make sure we're not repeating any troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
Would you mind letting us know if there are any other solutions you've attempted that you didn't mention in your initial message?

Here is some of my system specs:

I am also using a Nvidia 4090FE video card with 566.03 drivers

 

Also, I have tried every single solution that has been suggested in prior support problems.
