I just updated to v74 of Horizon OS. I normally use my Quest 3 in either Quest Link with cable or Virtual Desktop to play PC VR games (iRacing primarily). Every time I enter Quest Link mode (even before going to my PC desktop), as well as every time I open Virtual Desktop app, I have a continuous background audio which sounds kind of like being in a forest with some bird and cricket sounds. I honestly don't recall hearing this up until now and I cannot turn it off, even while in game. I do not have any other apps running on my PC that would cause this sound as it has never happened before.
Additionally, my FPS within my PC games is capped at 72 FPS. I have ensured that 90Hz is selected in both the Meta Oculus app when using Quest Link and the Virtual Desktop app streaming settings. I previously had no problems matching 90FPS to the 90Hz refresh rate settings, and the only thing that has changed is the update to Horizon OS. I've restarted the headset and computer multiple times separately, as well as already done a factory reset on the headset.
