It looks like my old oculus account was deleted (a different email than this account), and I can't seem to retrieve it. If I try to log in with the email for that account it says that no account exists and to create a new account. I purchased several games on that account and never saw the emails about my account getting deleted. Is there any way to retrieve my old account? I have an oculus rift (not S)
If you're referring to an old Oculus account that you didn't migrate into a Meta account over the few years before 29 March 2024 - You may have missed the migration window, meaning the account no longer exists.
I'm afraid there is no way of retrieving the account once it has been deleted. 🍒
Meta, the company that saves (and sells) ALL you personal data, but forgets which games you bought. This company is a nightmare.
