One account blocked one new created

My original facebook was locked for posting something, along with it my oculus, whatsapp and instagram were locked. I appealed but no answer for over 2 weeks and no customer service. Today I created s new facebook and meta account.

I reset my headset to factory service since I couldn’t access anything. Now I’d like to know how to get the software I purchased on the old account linked to the new account or get me a refund for those softwares; and hopefully someone will be able to let me know what policy was violated and what happened with my appeal. Why was my whatsapp account block with everything else, this is truly ridiculous.

We would love to assist you further on this. Software purchased on accounts would be locked to that account. 

If you have created a new account we would be unable to transfer software from one account to another.

 

If you do however re-gain access to the account you made the purchases on, they will still be there for you.

I have no access to apps purchased, my new Meta account was created, I had to reset the headset to factory settings to be able to get in. Still no feedback from Facebook and no way to contact them…

Hello Meta, my Facebook account has been disabled, and this is a mistake. I have not impersonated anyone. I have been using this account for many years. I kindly request Meta to review this and reinstate my account.
