Orbus VR Patch 4.75 patch won't load, game won't load.. Going to request a steam key..

 Went to stream this tonight as I do every Monday on Twitch and the 4.75 patch will not update. I've removed Oculus and folders in normal and safe mode and reloaded all and still it will fail to load. goes to 100% then dies. I've posted in the Orbus community forum support. I'm going to try and talk with someone about trading Oculus key for Steam key although I prefer to run on Oculus. I'm hoping it will fix itself. I have no intention on reloading windows again as I did less than two months ago.  Is there anything you can do on your end? Regards, SGD

UPDATE: Now I can't get anything to finish installing, goes to 100% then goes back to "install" status on the button and in the library...   Corrupt registry key somewhere? I've had these games installed.. I suppose I can try something I haven't installed since the reload of the system.
