Hello everyone, I'm in need of urgent assistance regarding an order I placed with Meta. The expected delivery date was April 24th, but unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues with UPS, the delivery carrier. Despite paying for the shipment and ensuring everything was in order, the package is currently on hold, as confirmed by UPS. I've been instructed to call back on Monday, April 29th for further updates, but the status of the package remains suspended. To exacerbate matters, the UPS courier incorrectly claimed that I refused to accept the package, and now it's allegedly being returned to the sender. Dealing with this issue has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm at a loss for what to do next. My preference would be to receive a refund and seek an alternative source for my order. I've attempted to contact Meta for assistance, but unfortunately, I've received no response other than automated messages. Please if anyone help, because meta send bot message. I’m from Poland and I pay PayPal

the situation is as follows: meta sent some parcels to a warehouse in Germany, and yesterday they received an update that it was being returned to the sender, but on the tracking it says that the parcel is to be returned to the ones they bought... I don't know what's going on. It's different for me. The parcel is waiting in Gdansk and the meta-mail operator replied to me and told me to wait until May 6 for the tracking to be changed and if not, I should contact them. I think I'll get this package

That's good news! Hope it works out and you get it. This has been such a crazy experience right?
My case is like the Germany one, except in the Netherlands. It went back to the sender, which is their shipment warehouse here in Venlo. I hope they email me soon to let me know about what is happening and if and when it gets shipped back to me once again.

I really should have messaged the forum admin before anyone else. I went through Whatsapp support, who escalated it to specialists via email, but the specialists haven't been responsive at all. So I'm constantly still wondering what is happening. When I messaged the forum admin here, they said I'm already in touch with specialists and have to wait for them, so I'm stuck in a loop, hehe.
I know better for next time though!! Hopefully of course this doesn't happen again, hehe. 😁

Hi, I recently ordered meta quest 2 which was never delivered to me. I live in Poland and the parcel was delivered to the "Overgoods" warehouse in Germany. The planned delivery date is April 30, so I've been waiting for 6 days and I don't have specific information because it's difficult to reach an agreement via e-mail. This problem concerns a large number of people from Poland and other countries. @MetaQuestSupport
