Order Delivery Issue with Meta

Hello everyone, I'm in need of urgent assistance regarding an order I placed with Meta. The expected delivery date was April 24th, but unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues with UPS, the delivery carrier. Despite paying for the shipment and ensuring everything was in order, the package is currently on hold, as confirmed by UPS. I've been instructed to call back on Monday, April 29th for further updates, but the status of the package remains suspended. To exacerbate matters, the UPS courier incorrectly claimed that I refused to accept the package, and now it's allegedly being returned to the sender. Dealing with this issue has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm at a loss for what to do next. My preference would be to receive a refund and seek an alternative source for my order. I've attempted to contact Meta for assistance, but unfortunately, I've received no response other than automated messages. Please if anyone help, because meta send bot message. I’m from Poland and I pay PayPal

Hey everyone! I know how excited everyone must be to get their hands on their new headset to begin or continue their virtual journey, so I wanted to pop in to provide some more information about the Europe shipping issues currently going on with some UPS orders.

We're aware of what's going on, where some orders in Europe are showing delivered to a UPS warehouse (Overgoods) instead of the intended delivery address. UPS is currently working on resolving this, and will be delivering those packages to the correct addresses as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience, and please keep checking your UPS tracking details for more information!

For those who's tracking information also shows "Your package will be returned to the sender due to a missing shipping label.", these should still be shipped to your city. If you still haven't seen any changes to your shipment by the end of this week, please reach out to @MetaQuestSupport in a PM for more assistance!

there is no other way than talking to Meta if you want to cancel the order and get your money back so that you can buy from a retailer.

Send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.

I'm sure they'll find a satisfying solution for you.

I appreciate the response. However, I must admit that my days were much more wonderful before placing an order with your company for the VR goggles. Unfortunately, since then, each day seems to be filled with emails to your team and calls to UPS, as the issue remains unresolved for several days now.

Looking forward to a swift resolution.

 

You can see it in your messages - the little envelope left of your profile pic - when they send you an answer.

And probably they will switch to contact with email.

I'm surprised that such a large company can't handle such things. People give them money and don't receive parcels.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 26.04
Today 30.04 it still hasn't reached me. I contacted UPS and they told me that meta turned back all packages from that week. What should I do in this situation? What is the issue with the package?
