Hi everyone,
While buying quest 3 I ordered beat saber with the same order so that it comes installed already.
However now that I have the headset I find that its not installed and its asking me to pay again in the store if I want to play it.
Anyone have any idea what I can do in this case? I don't want to buy it twice.

Extra games like Beat Saber don't come installed. Games are bound to the account that bought them and Quests come with no account set up yet.
If you set up the Quest 3 using the same Meta account that you bought beat Saber with, it will appear in the headset's library.

The account I have bought the game with and the account I m on the quest 3 are linked and it did not appear in the headset's library.

The other thing to check is which version you bought.
There's a Rift (PCVR) and Quest version of Beat Saber. Your account will have both a Rift and Quest library. When wearing the Quest 3 and using it stand alone (no PC connected to it) you will only see games bought from the Quest store.
Have a look at these two Meta store links. The first is Beat Saber for Quest, the second is Beat Saber for Rift/PCVR.

Does one of them say you own the game?

Nope neither of them say that I own the game unfortunately. Nor does it show up on my oculus app on windows.
I am uploading my order screenshot maybe it will help.

Hmm, very odd.
Looks like you'll need @MetaQuestSupport to look into it. I'm not sure if game addons to a headset purchase have a special process needed to activate them.

Just for reference, factory reset did not solve the issue.
