Ordered Meta Quest 3 and received Quest 2 - Support ignoring me for 2 weeks

Hi, 

Figured I'd try here to see if someone with an IQ above 50 and speaks english can help me.

I ordered a Quest 3 and the package came 2 weeks ago. Inside the box was a brand new and sealed Quest 2. 

I contacted live chat, who said they can't help and a specialist team would contact me within 24-48 hours. 

No email after a week. I request a call back, same thing. Specialist team will contact me in 24 hours. Nothing.

I sent an email, told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Nothing. 

Order number is [redacted]. 

I honestly don't know what to do at this point, support is incompetent and I am bloody frustrated. I've paid for a Quest 3 and want it!
