I ordered a oculus rift S and I got the ordering Mail. But no money has been drawn from my account and there’s no orders when i check my order list on my profile
Were you signed in to your account when you placed your order? If you weren’t, or if you created your account after ordering, then your order won’t show up on your profile.
The money will only be taken from your account when the order ships, at which time you should receive another email with tracking information.
