So we in a non-profit organization want to use our newly bought oculus quest 2 but we have to connect a Facebook account to our oculus quest 2, and as it is a non-profit organization no one will stick around forever and that's why we don't wanna use someones personal Facebook account for it.
What do we do now?

Stop right there. o.O

As already mentioned, for an organization, you'd have to buy a headset from "https://business.oculus.com/products/" and that means it is another product. It's a Quest 2 with 256GB and costs 799 USD for business customers.

The consumer Oculus Quest 2 is for PERSONAL USE ONLY, which means it is not meant to be used by an organization and several random users.

I guess creating a fake-account on Facebook is against the Terms of Service and will, if detected, lead into a termination of that account including the loss of all purchases.

I think you need to buy "Oculus for business" license and device. It has no fb account, but costs more and has no access to consumer app store (no games etc). It would be linked to your organization.

Fb account is only for "personal/consumer" device. And if you buy any app in store it would be linked to that single person (not to the device). That person could use app on any device.

But you could hardreset Quest2 and use it with other fb acc. So you will not have access to apps from old persons fb acc.
