On my Oculus Quest 2 I have my account and an account for my daughter. My daughter never uses the quest and so there are no games on there. I want to update a game (golf+) but only have 12GB spare. It is saying not enough storage. I look at my storage and a big green line shows "Other Accounts" have around 27GB of storage being used. Why is this? How do I get rid of it. I now only have 2 games on the whole machine (arizona sunshine and Golf+), yet still can't update a simple game. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have deleted the other meta account, yet still this storage is showing as "Other Accounts" and I still have the option to Switch User (despite deleting this account).
I don't want to factory reset, what is going on?

Hi @carlitoo2001 - Thank you for your message. It is possible that your cache is full. In order to optimize the storage on your headset you could have a look at this public article. You could also attempt to clear the cache on your app / your headset. If this has not fixed your issue, please do let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further!
