When playing PCVR, the display on the 2 eyes will desync in games, causing the right eye and a bit of the left eye to be delayed with your head movements. As you can guess, this is really nauseating and makes VR unenjoyable. The delay happens in both eyes in the Oculus Dashboard. I have so far only tested this with Blade & Sorcery, and it seems to happen a few minutes in, by itself. However, you can consistently trigger this delay by opening the Dashboard while in a game. I have tried factory resetting the Quest, updating my graphics drivers, limiting the encode bitrate to 300, and lowering the advanced graphics settings in the Meta PC App. None of this has worked.
Just in case, my specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor (CPU)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (GPU)
32 GB Memory
It also seems this user on the Oculus Quest subreddit was having the same issue.

Hello! This reply made me realize that maybe it was the USB ports, and after launching the oculus-driver.exe file in the program's files, and switching USB ports, it fixed the issue completely. Thank you!

In Meta Quest Link, it seems after some time, a 3rd of the right or left eye will become extremely saturated white, becoming irritating to look at. A fix for this seems to be lowering the refresh rate down to 72Hz, but it may not be permanent.
Another problem is nearly all of the right eye will start lagging a few frames behind when looking around, with a weird elongated checkerboard pattern, when playing a game. In the Link Dashboard, this spreads to both eyes, but without any patterns, causing your vision in VR to lag behind your real-life movements. I don't think it needs to be said, but this is extremely disorientating and forces me to close Link entirely, and then reopen it, just to fix the issue.

Hey there, @DUBSTEPUG! We know how important it is for the display to function properly and we look forward to being able to help you figure this out. We want to know if there was anything that occurred before this issue started? Also, does this occur all the time or only in specific situations? Any additional information can really help us pinpoint what the issue might be. We look forward to your reply!

Hello! Sorry for not replying, I completely forgot about this post. I made a new ticket, with more detail in it and specs to help determine the issue. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Standalone works perfectly fine.
For the GPU I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with 8 GB VRAM.
For the processor, it's an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor
I am running PCVR on Windows 10, and am using one of the back ports on my computer. However, I am using a USB 2.0 to C cable.

Never mind. This fixed the frequent appearance of the bug, but it still does happen in large areas, at least in Blade & Sorcery.
