Overheating Warning mQ3

RealityCultivator
Honored Guest

Hi I recently purchased my quest 3 an while downloading Zenith it started to make a loud noise an gave an overheating Warning. It told me to remove it. So I turned it off an the front was pretty hot. Im not sure if it's damaged or why it overheated, it's still cooling.

I played three rounds of Population One before I decided to download Zenith. I'm not really sure what the deal Is an it's expensive hardware so I don't want to risk any damage. What should I do?

Thanks for your helpful suggestions an replies.
