Ive spent two days with this garbage installer and your entire help system is just utter crap.
The headset is stuck on install giving me a 5 digit code, where do I put this on the PC app? Nowhere does it guide me and on the webpage I enter the number and it is the wrong amount of digits.
Why is this so difficult to setup and why must I allow all cookies to watch a video.
Where does this 5 diogit code go? Why is the PC setup so messy, numerous failed installs, services not running, re-install numerous times.
The PC app says its connected but the 5 digit code screen wont go, just stuck saying I have to pair it, PAIR IT WHERE, its in the PC app saying connected and no 5 digit entry.
One more day and it goes back the shop, this is a waste of my time and I deeply regret purchasing the experience is THAT BAD, do you not have testers there except for data collection and payment, they seem to work.
As I recall the installation process launches a browser and when the connection/pairing process is detected will launch an app where you enter the pairing code.
1) Firefox will not work. The daughter app will not launch. Change your default browser to Chrome or anything but Firefox.
2) It takes a long time to launch the app. If you interrupt by hitting back or refresh on the browser it will not launch. Be patient, drink some coffee or whatever and wait and it should launch and ask for the paring code - unless you are using Firefox then you'll be waiting forever.
