PC not connected with Air Link - Channel Width and WiFi Strength show N/A

A couple days ago, Airlink was working just fine. But yesterday it changed, it started showing me that my pc was "Not connected". And it showed "Channel width" was N/A when I pressed troubleshoot. And WiFi signal strenght was N/A. I was so confused, so I started worrying, almost cried. But I still can't figure out what the problem was. As I searched on the internet. No one had this problem as me. So if someone could help me I would appreciate it.

To better understand the situation can you answer the following questions:


  1. Have there been any network changes? (Network name change, new password, new placement, new ethernet connected device, new device(s) joined, new router, new modem, new ISP, added extender)
  2. Any changes to the PC? (New Hardware of Software, new placement, change to Wi-Fi/Ethernet)
  3. Anything happen to the device? (Dropped/Damaged, New Accessories, recent Factory Reset)
  4. Any changes to the play space? (New play space, new items in play space, new appliances in home, new home)
