My PC is a potato. Like really slow and bad. Is there anyway to use it only to multitask 1 thing while I have a game suspended? I would want the game to still be running off the quest 2, but still be able to use a web browser or discord without closing out the game completely, sort of like how a PS3 can.

No, the headset can display either the native game you are playing or the PC output. It can't do both at the same time.
