Good day,
I have been playing War Thunder in VR on my Meta Quest 3 for about a month and a half. The game was running well playing online multiplayer in VR until I changed operating systems from Win10 to Win11
Since the change, I get crippling frame drop and stutter when engaging enemies in multiplayer and less severe but still present stuttering in offline mode test flights.
I have the graphics in game set exactly the same, Ray tracing off, DLSS off, in game graphics turned way down.
using the HUD performance monitor, my average "performance headroom" is 50%
I have tried tinkering with the oculus debug tool but I am not receiving any boost in performance or lower latency, and my image quality just looks worse.
My GPU is RTX 4080 super, im using a 10th gen I7-10700k. 64gb ddr4 3600mhz RAM.
using MSI Afterburner I am not even receiving over 50%load on my GPU or CPU.
I cannot seem to get the game to run well in PCVR even by drastically reducing graphics parameters.
Looking for any help or suggestions as I am out of ideas. I have tried the basic troubleshooting provided by Meta customer service as well (windows updates, driver updates, meta app updates, headset updates, multiple system reboots, the works)
Any help is greatly appreciated as at this point the game is totally unplayable for me

Same issue with 4070ti Super and i9 13900k, using off brand link cable because the Meta one would never connect. Sometimes starts off fine but framerate soon drops to "30 fps" (which is like having your head shoved in a trash can and then hit with a baseball bat in VR). Quality rapidly degrades within 30 minutes to an hour after launch with no noticeable hardware bottlenecks. Every Nvidia, Meta, and War Thunder update breaks something new.

I have a 4070 super, core I9, 32gb of ram and I'm having the same problems. I think it has to do with the most recent driver update for nvidia. It was working fine til that point. Not sure but could be related. Thoughts?
