Hi,
I would like report an issue with PTC v56, which i never seen before:
While using Airlink, screen went darker (not black, but everything more dark than usual). A couple of seconds, later, the device entered into sleep mode (same as clicking the power button). I would recover it clicking the power button.
I disconnected Airlink, but same problem happened again some seconds later, from the main dashboard.
To fix it, i tried restarting the device. It worked fine since then.
Using Quest Pro + Local dimming (enabled from Experimental Options) + Developer mode + Guardian disabled.
I hope that helps to reproduce and fix it.
Thanks,

Awesome, thanks so much for letting me know! I'll be passing this along right away. My engineers also wanted to know if you have experimental settings on, and if so, please try turning them off and see if there's any difference. I also wanted to check if this issue has only happened in Air Link, or if it's also happened while using standalone. Again, I appreciate you sharing all this information so we can look into this more!
Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you no longer having this issue? If so, that's great to hear! 😁

It happened initially in AirLink, but later in Standalone as well. Anyway, after resetting the device, i could not reproduce it anymore on next sessions. So problem is solved at this time, even with experimental local dimming on.
I reported it, assuming would be a repeating issue. Luckily, it was not the case.

Hi,
But i must say this happened the first time i used Airlink after upgrading to v56, but i could not reproduce it anymore. Perhaps it was a temporary issue, caused by the upgrade.
Thanks,

Oh awesome! I'm glad to hear it hasn't been an issue anymore. I went ahead and let the team know you're all set now.
Happy gaming! 😁
