I appreciate you letting me know. I spoke with the engineers again, and they advise checking to see if you are able to download the fully released version of v64 for your Quest 3. If you're still seeing this issue after the update, this may just be an issue with the headset itself, since the Quest 2 and Quest Pro are working fine. If that's the case, I recommend sending an email out to the support team or sending them a PM to review what warranty options are available for the headset. Hope this information helps!

Hey there, @Anagan79! I appreciate you bringing up the issue with the adaptive frame rate on v62. I can definitely reach out to our engineering teams so they can look into this. In the meantime, can you please let me know if you're still using the PTC v62.0 software update on your headset or the fully released version? It'll help give them a better idea of how to address this issue.

I'm on PTC for development purpose on my Quest 3 but it has never worked even on official releases on the Quest 3.
But it works on Q2 and QPro

I appreciate you providing that insight. I will relay this to our engineering teams so they can look into this issue further.

Thanks for letting me know that you're seeing the same thing in the PTC of v63.0. I'll forward this info to our engineers so they can get ahead of this before the full version is released.

Hey, @Anagan79! I hope you've been well. I wanted to check in and see if you're still experiencing this issue now that the full version of v63.0 has started rolling out. If you've updated your headset and are still having this issue, could you please share the full software version of your headset after the update? I can pass this on to the engineers so they can look into this further.

Hey, @Anagan79! I hope you've been doing well since I last reached out. Since PTC v64.0 started rolling out, I wanted to see if you'd be able to update your headset to that version. If you can, can you please let me know if you're still experiencing the adaptive refresh rate issue? Let me know whenever you can!
