PTC v64/65 - Headset display turns off immediately after taking off the headset

Hello,

After my Quest 3 updated to v64, I'm noticing that my headset's display turns off immediately after taking the headset off. 

This doesn't seem to respect my settings I have under Settings > Power

- Display off: 1 minute

- Sleep mode: 15 seconds

- Battery saver: off

Not seeing the ability to add the "PTC v64" tag for this thread.

Hey @philmanagexr, thanks for flagging this PTC issue! I'll make sure our internal team is aware, and reach back out if/when I have any updates. 

To make sure they have everything they need, could you also provide me with your Meta Quest app version number? You can find it under the Menu tab > Scroll all the way down to 'Version.'

same thing happening with mine, display goes off instantly.

Hey guys! I just wanted to jump back in here to check in and see if things were still the same or if anything had changed recently. 

If it's still not following your display settings, please let me know the following so I can pass it along to our team:

  1. What's the full version number of your headset? (64.0.0.####### or likewise)
    • Quick Settings > System > Software Update
  2. What version is your Meta Quest app running?
  3. Are you enrolled in Quest PTC?
  4. Any potential workarounds you found?

I'm still seeing this issue on my Quest 3 that updated to v65 via the PTC.

Version: 65.0.0.428.341.591223789

Meta Quest app version: 264.0.0.6.109

I am enrolled in the Quest PTC

I haven't found a workaround so far.

Thanks for checking in!  I'm still seeing the same issue as before and haven't seen any changes.
Version: 65.0.0.546.341.596219110

Meta Quest app version: 266.0.0.13.109

I am enrolled in the Quest PTC, so I'll re-test with v66 that's rolling out soon.
