PTC v69 - Quest 3 Quest Link not working

I updated to v69 in the PTC on Tuesday evening just before I shut my Quest 3 down and yesterday when I fired the unit back up I was unable to use Quest Link at all all evening. This is in both in wired and Air Link. If I try Air Link, the Launch button is greyed out and changes between Launch and Pair, if I hover over it. If I try wired, the app never finds the PC that I'm tethered to. I've tried restarting the Oculus app on the PC, but this didn't help.

Hi, sorry, I didn't explain myself clearly. I made sure that the meta remote desktop app was running on my pc, when I raised the issue I didn't verify that it was.

Hi, thanks for replying. I "solved" the issue by checking that the remote desktop application was running...it wasn't! after I ensured it was running, obviously I was able to connect both via Air-Link and cable.
