I usually play EA WRC over link cable using 120Hz with ASW enabled. For me this gives the best performance and smoothness.
Yesterday my Quest3 updated itself to v74. After the update when I ran up WRC it was very choppy. I checked 120Hz was selected in Oculus App. So then I enabled the Oculus Debug Tool to show performance overlay, I see it is actually only running at 72HZ, reduced to 36Hz with ASW. I tried a bunch of stuff, restarting the PC, restarting headset, swicthing refresh rates in Oculus App, but could not get it to run at 120Hz.
In the end I had to unsubscribe from the Public Test Channel and revert the headset back to v72. Then 120Hz started working again.
