Per title, quest pro controllers rarely re-connect to my Quest 3 upon waking from sleep. Restarting the controllers sometimes fixes the issue, and controllers will usually reconnect after being restarted enough times.

I can confirm the same.

Meta have basically broken my pro controller with the last two firmware updates! They are said to be paired, I have tried re-pairing them and have done so dozens of times. I have tired updated from V72 that had issues, to V74 and now it has gone from occasional issues recognising the controller and the controllers being poorly orientated with drift - to the menu buttons work on the controllers but they are not recognised at all and do not appear in the headset. I get a white solid light on the side of the controllers. I have done cold re-boots etc, I have reset the controllers via the menu button and alternate face button. The most that happens is they re-appear for light 10 seconds and then they are gone again. Meta are you going to fix my £300 pro controllers? Sort this absolute festival of errors re firmware, or are you going to replace or refund my money!?
