My page was wrongly taken down by Facebook 20 days ago. I've contacted the support team to create a case to report this, and request an update twice everyday, and also create a Copyright Report on Feb 5 via email. To sum up, I've created 4 cases, and requested an update for over 20 times.
I've tried to contact my Meta Marketing Pro manager as well to help my case, however, 6 managers including the Christine Pan, the team lead of Meta Marketing Pro Team, all 6 managers refused to receive my helping email, because they detected my email as an adversting... Nearly one month pass, but I never received a prompt response.
The service of the support team is disappointing, they didn't solve the problem in a proper time and also never update me actively.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
