Pair meta quest 2

My oculus won’t pair to my phone I I cleared my Bluetooth, cache and recycled my phone I don’t know what else to do. Please help. And I also reinstalled and uninstalled the app.

Howdy, @Viper1224! We are more than happy to assist you with this issue that you are having. First, we would like to say thank you for attempting some troubleshooting steps on your own before reaching out! We greatly appreciate that, and it means a lot to us. We would like to remind you to make sure that you did a software update on your Meta Quest app. After that, your headset should automatically pair with the Meta Quest app on your phone. If it still did not pair, enter the code you see in the mobile app to manually pair your headset. However,  if you're still unable to pair your headset with your phone, please try the following steps: 

 

  • Make sure that your phone and headset are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • If you have a dual-band network, these devices must be on the same frequency.
  • Check your phone’s app store and make sure the Meta Quest app is up-to-date.
  • If your headset is being used by multiple people, you may need to log out and back into the Meta Quest app.
  • If you're still experiencing issues pairing your Quest headset, you can perform a factory reset on this device.
