Pairing MQ2 headset to app not working

The headset won’t pair to mobile app but I can see headset as paired on phone. Please provide some guidance on fix. I’ve removed and reinstalled app, factory reset headset. Practically sitting on top of router. Driving me nuts. Thanks

  3. Reboot the headset.
  4. Reinstall the mobile app.
  5. Attempt to pair the device again.
