I’m having trouble putting the head set code. I have no idea how to do this and I don’t have time to do all this. When I bought this VR yall didn’t have any issues taking my money. Now my child can’t play with it cause yall making things so difficult. I monitor my child while he plays ever single time. This is a waist of time. @meta

We understand that setting up a new Meta Quest device can be a little overwhelming at first, but hopefully we can get you started on your path so your child can start playing quickly. In this case we have a wonderful resource that you can check out here. This article on our support website has step by step instructions or even a walkthrough video that will help show you everything visually as needed depending on which style works best for you.
