Hey all, I've recently come back after not using this headset for about 4 years.
Headset worked fine at first since it was off the wifi, then I connected it, updated it, made a Meta account to replace the now-deleted oculus one, and now I can't pair it to the app.
No real error messages, but when the app requires a code, the headset just.. Doesn't show anything different, despite the app saying the headset was found.
I made sure bluetooth is connected, they're both on the same wifi, haven't done factory reset yet (and would like to avoid to)
Also had some other issues, mainly the headset indefinitely loading the explorer and the App library, as well as giving me an error as i try to add an account. (Not sure if these are related, but wanted to put it here just in case it was.)
Of course, i can't access the store either. Am i forced to factory reset?

Thanks for getting in touch with the Meta Support Team, we see you are having some issues pairing your Oculus Quest to the Meta Horizon App.
Please send us a private message so we can look into this issue further, in that message could you please include the username and email of your original Oculus account.
From there we will continue with further troubleshooting steps.
